Branded Executive is designed around discretion. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact us.
Website data
Branded Executive has not added advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or third-party marketing cookies. The site is hosted by HighLevel, whose platform automatically processes page-view, device, browser, referral, and session information and may store a visitor identifier and session history in your browser to operate and measure the site. The hosting infrastructure also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect website performance and usage measurements.
Information you choose to send
The confidential consultation form is hosted by HighLevel. It asks for your name, work email, optional mobile phone number, current or most recent title, optional LinkedIn profile URL, and the outcome you want from your next move. HighLevel also processes form-delivery, performance, fraud-prevention, device and browser fingerprint, referral, session, and CAPTCHA data needed to deliver and protect the form.
The form requests credentialless browser isolation where the browser and hosting context support it. HighLevel's form runtime may still store provider session identifiers and session history in browser storage. It may also load technical components from Google and Meta service domains. No Meta Pixel ID is configured, and we do not use the form for advertising measurement.
We use consultation information only to review your request, evaluate fit, respond to you, and manage the conversation you requested. The form consent is permission to respond to that request. It is not consent to marketing messages.
Confidentiality and security
We treat consultation submissions as confidential business inquiries. No internet form can guarantee absolute security, so please do not include passwords, financial credentials, government IDs, health information, or other highly sensitive information.
Access and retention
Access to consultation submissions is limited to the small, permissioned Branded Executive intake and delivery team that needs the information to respond or provide requested services, plus HighLevel as the form and CRM service provider. Inactive inquiry records are reviewed and generally deleted or de-identified within 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless an active relationship, legal obligation, dispute, fraud-prevention need, or security requirement calls for longer retention.
Third-party services
HighLevel processes form and CRM data under its own terms and privacy practices. Google provides the form's CAPTCHA security service. HighLevel's form runtime also loads a Meta library even though no Meta Pixel ID is configured. Your email provider and our email provider process messages under their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable.
