The service
Branded Executive provides managed executive career-positioning services for senior professionals. Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, compensation, or any specific outcome. Any figures shown in tools or examples are planning estimates, not promises. Results depend on your market, timing, seniority, and participation.
Messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our web form, you agree to receive text messages from Branded Executive related to your inquiry and any active engagement, including scheduling and confirmations, reminders, follow-ups from our team, and occasional service updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation and any active engagement.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@brandedexecutive.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the mobile number you provide and for notifying us if it changes or is reassigned.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services lawfully, and not to interfere with or misuse the site. You confirm that any mobile number you submit belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages at it.

The Branded Executive name, logo, site content, and materials are owned by Branded Executive and its affiliates and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branded Executive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or the text-messaging program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
